Terms of Service

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal age for sports betting where you live if that is higher. Sports betting is not legal everywhere. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you are. Each account is for one person, and the details you give us must be accurate.

EdgeFinder is an information and analytics service. We publish model projections, picks, lines from the sportsbooks we track and graded records. We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place or broker wagers, and we have no relationship with any sportsbook that pays us for your bets.

Everything on EdgeFinder is our models' opinion, for information and entertainment. It is not financial, investment or legal advice, and it is not a promise of any result. Betting involves risk. Past results do not guarantee future results. Lines move, books differ, and a price we show may be gone by the time you see it. Every betting decision, and its outcome, is yours.

Records are graded at the price each pick was posted, in units. A unit is a fixed share of a bankroll, not a dollar amount. If we find a grading or data error, we correct the record and the correction applies from then on.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price in effect then, until you cancel. We will tell you about a price change before it applies to your next renewal. Prices do not include taxes that may apply where you live.

You can cancel anytime in Settings → Manage subscription. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is resolved.

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, email support@edgefndr.com for a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.

You sign in with an email link or your Google account. Keep access to that email or Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on your EdgeFinder account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

EdgeFinder is for your personal use. You agree not to:

• share your account, or resell, republish or redistribute our picks, projections, records or data;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or access it with bots or automated tools;
• copy, reverse-engineer or try to rebuild our models or software;
• get around access controls or the paywall, or interfere with the site or other users;
• use EdgeFinder for anything illegal, including betting where it is not lawful for you.

The site, the models, the picks, the projections and the records belong to EdgeFinder or its licensors. A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to view and use them for your own betting decisions while your account is in good standing.

We keep improving EdgeFinder, so features, boards and bet types may be added, changed or retired. We aim to keep the site available, but it may sometimes be down or late, including on game days.

EdgeFinder is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, EdgeFinder is not liable for any betting losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to EdgeFinder is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using EdgeFinder and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing or reselling our content. If we close an account for a reason that isn't a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of the current paid period.

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Using EdgeFinder after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
